Vesilute — Research, Dosing & Price Guide
Overview
Vesilute is a synthetic tripeptide bioregulator (Lys-Glu-Asp) from the Khavinson bioregulator family, designed to support vascular endothelial function and normalize blood vessel wall health. It targets the endothelial lining of blood vessels at the gene expression level, promoting vascular repair and homeostasis. It is used in Russian anti-aging medicine as part of comprehensive vascular health protocols.
Mechanism of Action
Vesilute is proposed to interact with DNA regulatory regions in vascular endothelial cells, modulating the expression of genes involved in endothelial function, vascular tone, and vessel wall integrity. Specifically, it is thought to upregulate eNOS (endothelial nitric oxide synthase) expression, improving nitric oxide production and vasodilation. It may also modulate the expression of adhesion molecules (ICAM-1, VCAM-1) that contribute to endothelial inflammation and early atherosclerosis. Like other Khavinson bioregulators, vesilute works at very low concentrations by interacting with chromatin structure to restore age-related gene expression changes in target tissues.
Research Highlights
- Khavinson peptide research demonstrates that short peptides (2–4 amino acids) can penetrate cell nuclei and interact with gene regulatory regions
- Studies on vascular bioregulators show improved endothelial function markers in elderly subjects following treatment courses
- The Lys-Glu-Asp sequence has been identified in proteomic studies of vascular tissue as a bioactive fragment
- Russian clinical studies report improved vascular parameters (pulse wave velocity, endothelial function) after bioregulator courses
- Animal studies show Khavinson-type peptides can partially reverse age-related changes in vessel wall structure
Dosing Protocols
- Standard bioregulator protocol: 1–2 capsules (10–20 mg) daily for 10–30 days
- Injectable (if available): 10 mcg subcutaneously every other day for 10–20 days
- Repeat courses every 3–6 months
- Take on an empty stomach for optimal absorption
- Often combined with other cardiovascular-supporting bioregulators (cardiogen, crystagen)
- No cycling requirement but periodic breaks between courses are standard practice

Side Effects & Safety
Known Side Effects
- No significant side effects reported in available literature
- Bioregulator peptides are generally considered extremely well tolerated
- No cardiovascular adverse events reported
- Theoretical concern about altering gene expression in unintended cell types
Safety Profile
Vesilute shares the safety profile of other Khavinson bioregulator peptides — extremely well tolerated due to the ultra-short peptide structure. No significant adverse events have been reported in Russian clinical use. However, Western peer-reviewed safety data is minimal. The compound is not FDA-approved or regulated as a pharmaceutical in most Western countries. No known contraindications or drug interactions are established. As with all bioregulators, independent verification of efficacy claims is limited.
What to Expect
Bioregulator effects are subtle and gradual. Week 1–2: No noticeable effects. Gene expression modulation is occurring. Week 2–4: Possible subtle improvements in circulation, warmth in extremities, or exercise tolerance. Week 4+: Vascular function parameters may improve if measured. Effects are most apparent in elderly individuals with age-related vascular decline. Benefits accumulate with repeated courses over months to years.
