1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Peptide Assistant, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

Peptide Assistant is a free, community-built tool that allows users to:

•Log daily compound, peptide, and supplement usage
•Track consistency with streaks and calendar views
•Organize and manage their compound stack
•Export personal data and share protocols

3. User Responsibilities

By using Peptide Assistant, you agree to:

•Provide accurate information when creating your account
•Keep your account credentials secure and not share them with others
•Use the service only for personal tracking — not for providing medical advice to others
•Comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction regarding the compounds you track
•Not attempt to access other users' data or exploit the platform
•Take full responsibility for any health decisions you make — this tool is for logging, not prescribing

4. Account Terms

•You must be at least 18 years old to use Peptide Assistant
•Each person may maintain only one account
•You are responsible for all activity under your account
•You can delete your account at any time by contacting us — all your data will be permanently removed

5. Intellectual Property

Your data is yours. You retain full ownership of all data you enter into Peptide Assistant. You can export it at any time.

The Peptide Assistant application, including its design, code, branding, and educational content (peptide information pages, blog posts, reconstitution calculator), is the intellectual property of Peptide Assistant and its creators. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute the application or its content without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

PEPTIDE ASSISTANT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

•We are not liable for any health outcomes resulting from your use of compounds you track in the application
•We are not liable for data loss, though we make reasonable efforts to maintain backups
•Our total liability to you for any claims arising from use of the service shall not exceed $0, as this is a free service
•You use this service at your own risk and agree to hold Peptide Assistant harmless from any claims

7. Termination

•You may stop using Peptide Assistant and delete your account at any time
•We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the platform
•We may discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice to users
•Upon termination, you may request an export of your data before it is deleted

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify users through the application. Your continued use of Peptide Assistant after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
